1. Free design consultation
We walk your space in person or on a video call, measure, talk through how you actually use each room, and flag anything (framing, attic access, panel capacity) that affects the design.
2. Fixed-scope proposal
You get a line-item quote with equipment, labor, and timeline spelled out. The price you approve is the price you pay — changes only happen through a written change order.
3. In-house installation
Our own installers do the work — low-voltage wiring, drywall-safe mounting, clean cable dressing — then walk you through the finished system and back it with a workmanship warranty.
