How Quoting Works
After you submit, someone from our Suwanee office reviews your request and reaches out within 24 hours — usually the same day — to ask a few follow-up questions about the space. For most projects the next step is a free consultation, by phone or in your home, so we can measure and see the rooms before putting numbers on paper.
The quote itself is itemized: equipment, labor, and timeline are listed line by line, so you can compare it fairly against other bids and drop or adjust pieces of the scope. Quotes are valid for 30 days, there's no deposit required to get one, and the price you approve is the price you pay — any change later goes through a written change order first.
Every installation is done by our own in-house team — licensed, insured, and working across Suwanee, Johns Creek, Alpharetta, Duluth, and the rest of Metro Atlanta — and workmanship is covered by warranty after the final walkthrough.
